Spellbook is a legal tool that helps lawyers and legal professionals draft contracts 3x faster. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) called GPT-3 to review and suggest language for contracts, right in Microsoft Word. Spellbook can detect aggressive terms, suggest important language and clauses that may be missing from the contract, and suggest common points of negotiation. It has been trained on Wikipedia, books, the Internet, and billions of lines of legalese so it can reference facts about the world.
